Next, you need to check or enter the address from which the shipment will be sent (our address 3038 SW 42nd St, Fort Lauderdale, FL, 33312, Sender name - it is name of you Amazon account name). Next, enter the quantity that will be sent, choose who will pack the goods and stick them (choose the "No prep needed" option) and go to the stage of assigning an ID number to the shipment. If you do not have the opportunity to switch to the old version, but you can create shipment only through the "Send to Amazon" option, the process of creating shipment will differ from those described above, since the indication of the size of the boxes and their weight is taken out in the first stage. In this case, we recommend using the option to create a shipment from an ODB account. If you have any difficulties, please contact us.
If you have already created a shipment, you can easily find it by going to Inventory => Manage FBA Shipments => Shipping Queue =>Shipment ID column.

On the next page, paste the shipment ID in the FBA shipment field. After that, the IMPORTSHIPMENT button will activate. Click it to import all your items, quantity and Amazon packaging requirements.
If one of your items didn't appear, it means you don't have this item with the corresponding SKU in ODB item database. First, you need to go to Seller's items and import it. As soon as it finishes, go back to the Shipments section.
It is optional to enter shipment title, its cost and add a comment. These fields are optional.

As soon as the shipment is ready and we have all the necessary recourses, we will enter box dimensions and get shipment labels. After that, your shipment will be delivered to FBA and you get corresponding notification via our Telegram bot (in case you're subscribed).
