To send goods to FBA, navigate to the FBA section and select FBA Workflows. Create a new workflow to package all the items you wish to send. Alternatively, you can start a new workflow from the FBA Inventory section by selecting the ASINs and the seller account handling the shipment.
Important: Before creating your first workflow, make sure to import your FBA Inventory!
In the FBA Workflows section, click New Workflow.
On the opened page, add the ASINs to be shipped and specify the quantity for each item.
You can add ASINs individually or upload them in bulk using a file.
To add ASINs individually, click Add Item and input the product details. Use the search bar to locate products by name, ASIN ID, or SKU. The product image will load automatically.
For bulk uploads, download the template, fill it out, save it, and upload it back into the system.
Ensure that your ASIN is linked to components and that sufficient resources are available.
If an ASIN is not linked to any components, you will see a warning: Item with no components. To resolve this, navigate to the ASIN's page (click on its name to open it in a new tab). Detailed instructions for adding components can be found in this article.
Enter the quantity to be packed.
Optionally, provide the Expiration Date for the products. If unknown, leave the field empty, and we will add it.
If additional packaging is required, specify it at this stage.
If the Prep Category field shows NONE or UNKNOWN, you must select the most suitable option from the dropdown menu. If no options fit, select No prep needed.
Add comments regarding packaging if necessary, detailing specific instructions.
If an ASIN was added by mistake, you can remove it.
Use the Save button to save changes and leave the workflow in Draft status, if not all products have been added yet or you plan to make some changes in the future.
To proceed with packaging, click Save and Send to Fulfillment.
After submission, any modifications must be handled by administrators.
Once the workflow is submitted, we package the goods and send the data to Amazon.
Amazon returns shipment division options along with placement fees for each. If multiple options are provided, we will contact you to choose the most suitable one.
We confirm shipment creation and receive shipment IDs and box labels from Amazon.
Labels are affixed to the boxes, and goods are shipped.
At this point, the workflow is complete.
On the Workflow page, you can review all packaging steps:
Placement options received from Amazon.
Number and dimensions of packed boxes.
Contents of each box.
Details of created shipments, including tracking numbers.
All created shipments can be found in the FBA Shipments section. You can access a shipment's details either from the Workflow page by clicking its ID or directly from the FBA Shipments section.
Shipments appear in the FBA Shipments section with the status Waiting Amazon Courier.
