How to change the shipment?

It doesn't matter how the shipment was created: from the ODB program or from Seller Central and then imported into the ODB program, you can change the shipment (increase or decrease the number of units for certain asins, or completely remove asins from the shipment) directly from the ODB program. At the same time, the data is synchronized via API with Amazon SC and changes are automatically made both in the program and in Seller Central.
You can change the data yourself only if it is in the Draft status.
If the shipment is in another status, to change the shipment data, please contact us in the telegram chat created for you.
To change the shipment, click on the "Edit" button.
Please note that the number of items in a shipment can only be changed within +/- 5%.
If you need to change a quantity that does not satisfy this rule, the system will inform you with a corresponding message.
In this case, you will need to remove the active shipment from the SC and create a new one. After all the manipulations, ALWAYS inform us and we will check the relevance of the task to the warehouse.
