Before you import an FBA shipment to ODB, it must be first created in Amazon Seller Central. To do this go to the section "Inventory" -> "FBA inventory" -> choose ASINs that need to be added to the shipment -> "Action on __ selected" -> "Send/replenish inventory".
Next, you need to check or enter the address from which the shipment will be sent (our address 3038 SW 42nd St, Fort Lauderdale, FL, 33312, Sender name - it is the name of your Amazon account name). Next, enter the quantity that will be sent, choose who will pack the goods stick them (choose the "No prep needed" option)
Specify the quantity of the items to be shipped. Please note that when creating a shipment through Seller Central, you will need to provide the dimensions and weight of the boxes. If you have this information, proceed with creating the shipment. If you do not know these details, it's better to create the shipment using the OneDayBundle program.
If you have the box details, continue creating the shipment plan in Seller Central, input all the data, and proceed to the assignment of the shipment plan ID.
Copy the shipment ID and switch to the OBD program to import the data.
When you've copied Shipment ID from Seller Central, go to the FBA Shipments Section and click the "NEW SHIPMENT" button.
On the next page, select the option to create a shipment - Import existing shipment.
Next, enter the Shipment ID (1) and then click on the "Import existing shipment" button (2).
If one of your items didn't appear, it means you don't have this item with the corresponding SKU in ODB item database. First, you need to go to the FBA Inventory section and import it. As soon as it finishes, go back to the FBA Shipments section.
It is optional to enter the shipment title, its cost and add a comment. These fields are optional.
Save shipment and change its status to Send for packing. The shipments, that have the Send for packing status, will be prepped.
After importing the shipment into the ODB program, it is not allowed to access it in Seller Central, even for simply viewing the shipment data, as doing so would disrupt the API connection, and all subsequent actions with the shipment will need to be performed in Seller Central.
As soon as the shipment is ready and we have all the necessary resources, we will enter the box dimensions and get shipment labels. After that, your shipment will be delivered to FBA and you get a corresponding notification via our Telegram bot (in case you're subscribed).
Please note! After we added box dimensions, got shipment labels and the shipment status in OBD changed to Shipped, such shipment will have the Working status in the Seller Central. The information in the Seller Central will update automatically within 24 hours.
If for some reason you need to remove a shipment, first of all, remove it from Seller Central. Go to the section Inventory => Shipments => Shipping Queue => find the required shipment and click on the "Work on shipment"
The system will display information indicating that switching to "Send to Amazon" mode will break the API connection. You should then click on the "Convert to Send to Amazon" button.
At the bottom of the page, click on the "Delete workflow" button.
After that, write a chat to ODB managers via Telegram to transfer the shipment to the "Draft" status.
A shipment in the "Draft" status will be deleted automatically from the ODB database after 90 days.
